Hi, I'm Natalia, a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX Metropolis Realty. For over 5 years I've helped Latino families across the GTA find the best option to buy or sell their home, not just close a sale.
When I started my career as a Real Estate Agent in Toronto, I began by helping many Latino families find a home to rent. In that process, while reviewing their income documents, I noticed something important: many of those families already had the financial capacity to buy. It wasn't money they lacked, it was a clear structure and action plan to make the dream of owning their own home a reality.
That's when I decided to focus on my community. I started giving free seminars in Spanish, in their own language, with an action plan and an exact timeline for how to get there. Today, many of the Latino families who've worked with us already own their home, taking advantage of the benefits the Canadian government offers first-time buyers.
My work doesn't end at signing: I support you through the whole process, from understanding how much you could qualify for and how mortgages work in Canada, to connecting with one of our real estate lawyers who support us through closing.
My mission is to make sure no Latino family misses out on buying or selling their home because they didn't understand the process in their own language.
